Objective To investigate the advantage of portable sitting defecating chairs, a kind of non-drug therapy, on rehabilitation patients' defecating, by exploring the influence of portable sitting defecating chairs on the incidence of constipation. Results Incidence of constipation the trial group (42.5%) was signilicantly lower than the rate of constipation of the reference group, which is about 90.0%. Difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Mobile sit chair in rehabilitation ward and the application, can effectively reduce the incidence of rehabilitation patients constipation, the use of mobile and chair to sit beside bed has lower the risk. In addition, the use of portable sitting defecating chairs can also reduce the risk of injuring in accidents, and reduce the labor intensity of the facilitators.
