一种手消毒凝胶替代消毒耦合剂应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨一种手消毒凝胶替代消毒耦合剂进行B超检测的效果。方法通过B超应用效果和涂抹采样及细菌检测方法,对该手消毒凝胶作为耦合剂使用时B超实时图像显示和使用后除菌效果进行了观察。结果在乳腺肿物切除术过程中,用该手消毒凝胶取代耦合剂进行B超监测显示,图像清晰可靠。使用中的消毒凝胶开启后在2周内可保持无菌生长。用该手消毒凝胶涂抹过的皮肤上未检出存活细菌。结论该手消毒凝胶替代超声耦合剂不影响图像清晰度,可抑制或杀灭皮肤上细菌。Objective To explore the effect of a disinfectant gel being used as sterile coupling agent of B ultrasound.Methods Pictorial display effection was observed by applying the disinfectant gel for an image of B ultrasound as a real-time monitoring line.And the gel being used was collected for bacterial culture to observe the bacteria circumstances.Results The image of the B ultrasound was clear and reliable when the disinfectant gel used as couplant for breast masses resection.The disinfectant gel after being opened for 2 weeks is sterile.The skin which has been painted with disinfectant gel was test to be sterile.Conclusion The defining power of the image of B ultrasound will not step down when using the disinfectant gel as couplant.And the disinfectant gel can kill and inhibit the bacterium on the skin.
