摘　　要：目的建立复用呼吸机管路和附件清洗消毒与管理措施,保证清洗消毒质量。方法通过目测法、STF清洗效果检测卡和活菌计数技术,对呼吸机及其附件清洗效果进行了评价,并建立管理措施。结果该医院对呼吸机管路和附件采用集中清洗消毒,医院感染管理部门负责质量监控,取得良好效果。经对29批次呼吸机及其附件清洗消毒后检测证明,目测法和清洗效果检测卡监测清洗质量全部合格,细菌培养结果达到全部无菌生长。结论医院呼吸机管路和附件采取集中清洗消毒管理,不仅实现了资源共享,便于统一管理,消毒质量得到了保证。Objective To set up the management measures on cleaning and disinfection of reusable ventilator pipes and accessories in order to assure the qualities of cleaning and disinfection.Methods Visual observation,STF cleaning test cards and bacterial culture were used to evaluate the washingeffect and management measures.Results The ventilator pipes and accessories of our hospital are concentrated to be cleaned and disinfected.Hospital infection control department is responsible for quality control and the effect is good.The results showed 29 batches of ventilator pipes and accessories were qualified accorded with the cleaning standard through visual observation,STF cleaning test cards.The bacterial cultures of all the sampled pipes and accessories were negative.Conclusion The method of concentrating cleaning and disinfecting the ventilator pipes and accessories save the resources,easy to manage,and maintain the high quality of cleaning and disinfection.
