摘　　要：目的了解养老机构消毒质量现状、分析其影响因素,为做好养老机构内传染病的防控工作提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对上海市养老机构消毒工作现状和消毒质量进行调查与监测。结果所调查的16家养老机构,消毒质量平均总合格率为83.77%。使用中消毒液质量合格率为100%,室内空气卫生质量合格率为92.86%,餐饮具消毒效果合格率为84.38%,环境物体表面卫生合格率为83.33%,工作人员手卫生合格率为75.55%。结论上海市养老机构消毒卫生管理尚存在不足,重点改进措施是配足清洁人员和加强消毒管理。Objective To know the current status of disinfection quality and influencing factors,in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases in homes for aged.Methods On-site investigation and sampling examination were used to conduct investigation of current situation of disinfection and monitoring of disinfection quality in homes for aged of Shanghai.Results The eligible rate of the monitoring of disinfection quality in 16 nursing homes was 83.77%.In these nursing homes,the eligible rates of disinfectant solutions in use,indoor air,tableware and drinking utensils,surfaces of environmental objects,hands of staff were 100%,92.86%,84.38%,83.33%,75.55% respectively.Conclusions The management of disinfection in nursing homes of Shanghai was not perfect,and the improvements should be focused on having enough cleaning staff and strengthening the management of disinfection in nursing homes.
