两种不同方式大鼠铅中毒模型的建立

摘　　要：对Sprague-Dawley大鼠分别采用腹腔注射和灌胃两种方式给予不同浓度的醋酸铅溶液进行染毒,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定染毒后大鼠全血中的铅水平,建立两种不同方式的大鼠铅中毒模型。结果表明:实验组全血的铅水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),铅水平随染铅时间的延长、浓度的增加均明显升高(P<0.05)。For establishment of two different plumbum poisoned rats model, intraperitoneal injection and gastric lavage methods were applied respectively to injury Sprague-dawley rats by different consistence of plumbum acetate solution. The blood lead of poisoned rats were measured by graphite furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The result showed that blood lead of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The blood lead increased with the extend of lead exposed time and concentration（P〈0.05）.
