温度和时间对高岭土微球原位晶化L沸石的影响

摘  要:以高岭土微球为原料,以KOH为碱源合成L沸石。主要考察了陈化温度、陈化时间、晶化温度、晶化时间以及陈化后晶化时间对合成L沸石的影响。实验结果表明:陈化温度对合成沸石分子筛的相对结晶度影响较小;合成L沸石的相对结晶度随着晶化温度的升高而增大,但是晶化温度高于130℃以后,沸石分子筛的相对结晶度反而下降;陈化时间的长短对合成沸石分子筛影响较小,但是合成沸石分子筛的相对结晶度随着晶化时间增长而升高。In the study zeolite L was synthesized with kaolin microspheres as raw materials and potassium hydroxide as alkali sources. The effects of aged temperature and time, crystallization temperature and time and the different crystallization under aging on the zeolite L were investigated .The changing of aged temperatures had a slight effects on the relative crystalline of synthesis of molecular sieves; It was conclused that relative crystalline of synthesis of molecular sieves increase with the increasing of crystallization temperature, but went down when the crystallization temperature above 130 ℃. The aging times had no effects on the synthesis of molecular sieves in the study. The relative crystalline of synthesis of molecular sieves were going large with the increasing of crystallization time.
