摘　　要：文章主要通过分析电子废物的现状及其对环境的危害,结合国内外电子废物处置回用技术,论述电子废物的管理与处置途径及技术,讨论如何能够最大程度地减少电子废物对环境的污染,变废为宝,实现电子废物的"减量化、资源化、无害化"。The paper analyzed the generation status of e-waste and its hazard to the environment, discussed the e-waste management and disposal methods, and how to minimize the e-waste pollution on the environment according to the e-waste disposal technology of domestic and international, realize ＂reduce, reuse, recycle＂, and ultimate turn waste to treasure.
