液环式压缩机在大型常减压装置应用中的问题及处理

摘　　要：中国石油广西石化公司1000万吨/年常减压装置,常压塔顶气采用液环式压缩机回收利用。2010年8月份投用运行良好,在常顶气流量波动较大的工况下运行平稳可靠。2011年11月份在运行15个月后出现压缩机出口压力降低,压缩机效率降低甚至出现压缩机无法正常工作现象。通过操作调整及更换工作液水冷却器后工作正常。2011年12月份天气变冷后,压缩机出口压力出现波动较大现象,分析处理后恢复正常。通过一年半时间的对液环式压缩机运行工况的监控,达到优化操作、提高压缩机的运行效率,保证液环式压缩机的安全、平稳长周期运行的目的。China Petroleum Guangxi Petrochemical Company 1000×104 tons/year crud and vacuum distillation unit use liquid ring compressor to recycl atmospheric column gas. 2010 August to vote with the running well, in often top gas flow fluctuation under the condition of stable and reliable operation. In 2011 November in operation 15 months after the onset of the compressor outlet pressure is reduced, the efficiency of the compressor decreases even compressor not working phenomenon. By changing the working fluid water cooler after work. In 2011 December the weather is cold, the compressor outlet pressure fluctuations larger phenomenon, analysis after return to normal. Through a year of half time of liquid ring compressor operation condition monitoring, to optimize the operation, improve the compressor operating efficiency, ensure the liquid ring compressor safety, stable and long-term operation.
