摘　　要：化学实验室是高校化学系(院)的重要组成部分,是进行化学实验教学和科学研究的重要场所,加强实验室科学化、制度化、规范化管理,已成为当务之急。文章从实验室、仪器室、准备室管理三方面进行了相关的经验总结。The chemistry laboratory is an important part of University Department of Chemistry （house）, and is also an important place for teaching and scientific research of chemical experiments. Strengthening the managements of laboratory scientific, institutionalized, standardized has become imperative. The paper summarized related experience of laboratory management, equipment room management, preparation room management.
