摘　　要：通过对建设工程招投标中存在的一系列问题的研究,从招标人、投标人、代理机构和政府四个方面提出几点对策,以期使建设工程招投标健康发展。Through the research of existing problem in construction project bidding, this paper raised a number of measures to regulate project bidding from the tenderer, the bidder, bidding agenc7 institution and the government, made the construction engineering bidding more stable.
