喘可治注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察喘可治注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期脾肾阳虚证患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用喘可治注射液,疗程均为3个月。观察患者治疗前后肺功能、中医证候积分及生活质量的变化。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组生活质量评分[包括呼吸症状、活动能力、疾病影响和圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)总分]较治疗前下降,对照组除疾病影响部分外,其余生活质量评分较治疗前下降,治疗组疾病影响部分和SGRQ总分治疗后下降幅度大于对照组。结论喘可治注射液可以减轻COPD稳定期脾肾阳虚证患者临床症状,改善生活质量,未见明显不良反应。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Chuankezhi Injection on the clinical symptoms and the life qual- ity life in patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary dis- ease . Methods：Patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. The control group was used the western routine therapies and the therapeutic group was treated with Chuankezhi Injection combined with the western routine therapies. After the duration of therapy for 3 months,the pulmonary function,the TCM syndrome score and the life quality were observed and compared in 2 groups. Results：The TCM syndrome score in 2 groups were decreased obviously after treatment. The reduction degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The life quality score in the treatment group was reduced in the treatment group. Meanwhile,this index in the control group was decreased except the disease influence. Moreover,the reduction degrees in the treatment group were more than those in the control group including the disease influence and the SGRQ score. Conclusion ：The clinical symptoms and the life quality can be relieved by Chuankezhi Injection in the spleen and kidney yang de- ficiency syndrome in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. There are no adverse reactions in this drug.
