摘  要:目的探讨抗痫煎剂对戊四氮致痫大鼠行为的影响及其对海马神经元的保护作用。方法观察模型组、抗痫煎剂低剂量组、抗痫煎剂高剂量组、丙戊酸钠组的大鼠痫性发作,采用免疫组化染色法观察Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果抗痫煎剂高剂量组、丙戊酸钠组与模型组相比,癫痫发作潜伏期差异有统计学意义。抗痫煎剂低、高剂量组、丙戊酸钠组较模型组Bcl-2细胞增多。结论抗痫煎剂对戊四氮致痫大鼠模型海马神经元有一定的保护作用。Objective:to explore the influence of Kangxianjian Decoction on chronic epilepsy rats induced by pentylenetetrazole and the protection mechanism of Kangxianjian Decoction. Methods :Rats were randomly divid- ed into the model group, the low dose of Kangxianjian Decoction group, the high dose of Kangxianjian Decoction and the valproate sodium pretreatment group. The expression of Bcl-2 in hippocampus of chronic epilepsy rats were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:The seizure potential periods of the valproate sodium pretreat- ment group and the high dose of Kang'xianjian Decoction group were significantly prolonged when they were com- pared with the model group. The Bcl-2 protein expressions in the low dose of Kangxianjian Decoction group,the high dose of Kangxianjian Decoction group and the valproate sodium pretreatment group Were more than those in the model group. Conclusion:Kanxianjian Decoction has some protection effects on neuronal apoptosis induced by pentylenetetrazole.
