复方血栓通胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病微血管病变随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方血栓通胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病微血管病变的疗效。[方法]采用随机对照的方法。将100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组。对照组48例给予西药常规降糖治疗,治疗组52例在对照组治疗基础上加服复方血栓通胶囊治疗。均治疗4周进行临床观察。观察超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管内皮素(endothelin,ET)。[结果]两组治疗前超敏C反应蛋白、血管内皮素比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]复方血栓通胶囊联合西医治疗糖尿病微血管病变疗效满意,优于单纯西药。[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of diabetic microangiopathy treatment using Compound Xueshuantong capsules combined with Western medicine. [ Methods ] One hundred patients with type 2 diabetic were divided into control group and treatment group according to random grouping. 48 patients in the control group were treated by normally western medicine lower glycemia method, 52 patients in the treatment group were treated by normally western medicine lower glycemia combined with Compound Xueshuantong capsule. The patients were all treated for 4 weeks to observe the changes of High sensitivity C reactive protein （hs - CRP） and Vascular endothelin（ET）. [ Results]They are no distinct difference for hs -CRP and Vascular endothelium（ P 〉 0.05 ） before treatment for these two groups. And the contral group doesnt have distinct difference after treatment compare before （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but the treatment group have distinct difference after treatment compare before （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The method of using Compound Xueshuantong capsules com- bined with western medicine treatment diabetic microangiopathy is better than simple western medicine treatment.
