生脉散、桃红四物汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛对照临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察生脉散合桃红四物汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者分为两组,对照组30例采用单硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的治疗基础上加用生脉散合桃红四物汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛改善、中医证候积分、心电图ST-T变化情况。两组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组中医症候疗效、心电图疗效以及心绞痛疗效均优于对照组。[结论]生脉散、桃红四物汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效优于单纯西药治疗。[ Objective ] Observe Shengmai Powder, Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease （CHD） of phlegm stasis clinical curative effect. [ Methods ] 60 patients were divided into two groups. The 30 patients of control group with treatment of isosorbide mononitrate. Based on the control group , the treatment group of 30 cases combined with Shengmai Powder and Taohongsiwu Decoction. Observe before and after the treatment in patients with angina pectoris improved, TCM syndrome integral ST - T changes of ECG. For the 4 weeks of 1 course. To judge the curative effect after 1 courses of treatment. [ Result ] The treatment group was superior to control group at the effect of TCM, as well as angina pectoris electrocardiogram curative effect. Shengmai Powder. [ Conclusion ] Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Western Medicine was superior to that of simple western medicine treatment.
