复方丹蛭片联合蝮龙抗栓丸治疗中风恢复期对照临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方丹蛭片联合蝮龙抗栓丸治疗中风恢复期临床疗效。[方法]将180例患者分为两组,治疗组90例采用复方丹蛭片联合蝮龙抗栓丸口服治疗,对照组90例采用蝮龙抗栓丸口服治疗。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]对照组总有效率67.78%,治疗组总有效率94.44%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]复方丹蛭片联合蝮龙抗栓丸治疗中风恢复期疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe the compound Danzhi tablet combined with cobra Long Kangshuan pill in the treatment of stroke recovery period of clinical curative effect. [ Methods ] 180 patients were divided into two groups, treatment group 90 cases treated with compound Danzhi tablet combined with cobra Long Kangshuan pill treatment, 90 cases in the control group using the cobra Long Kangshuan pill treatment. The two groups were for 3 months as a course of 1, treated with a course of therapeutic efficacy. [ Results ] Control group total effective rate was 67.78% , total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.44% , total effective rate in the treatment group than in control group. [ Conclusion ] Compound Danzhi tablet combined with cobra Long Kangshuan pill in the treatment of stroke recovery period curative effect satisfaction.
