辨证分型治疗胸廓出口综合征65例

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗胸廓出口综合征的疗效。[方法]将65例患者辨证分型,其中气滞血瘀型28例,寒凝气滞型37例,气滞血瘀型采用内服三乌胶丸治疗,寒凝气滞型采用内服附桂骨痛胶囊治疗。经过3个疗程(45d)治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]治愈48例,好转15例,无效2例,总有效率97.00%。[结论]辨证分型治疗胸廓出口综合症疗效满意。[ Objective ] To observe the differential Treatment of Thoracic outlet syndrome. [ Methos ] 65 patients were divided into 28 cases of Qi and blood stasis syndrome,37 cases of Qi haemorrheological nature syndorome. Qi and blood stasis syndrome was used in Three WU capsule, Qi haemorrheological nature syndorome was used in Fugui Gutong capsule. After 3 courses of treatment （45d） to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] Cured 48 cases, improvement 15 cases, ineffective 2 cases. The total efficiency of 9＂7.00%. [ Conclusion] Differential Treatment of Thoracic outlet syndrome can play a very good therapeutic effect.
