摘　　要：在黑龙江省常规能源可采储量衰减严重,资源保障能力下降的背景下,文章结合当前形势,阐述了我省新能源发展现状及存在的问题,并根据新能源产业的特点给出了一些建议。Under the background of serious attenuation on recoverable reserves of conventional energy and decline in the ability to protect resources in Heilongjiang province, the paper describes the development of new energy in our province and problems of the status quo in the current situation, and gives some suggestions according to the characteristics of the new energy industry.
