摘  要:Agilent 34401A数字多用表在各类电参数的高精度测量中应用广泛,对其各项技术指标的定期检定与校准是必须的工作,以往采用人工检定的方法费时费力;为节省检定时间,提高计量效率,设计了一套针对34401A数字多用表的微机全自动检定系统,该系统利用NI USB-GPIB控制器控制5720A多功能校准源输出各类源信号检定34401A数字多用表,在LABVIEW2009开发环境下,应用高度封装的VISA库编程控制仪器响应GPIB总线上的各类检定命令。文章详细讲述了该检定系统的工作流程、硬件构成和软件设计技术,重点论述了系统软硬件联调过程中遇到的几类关键技术问题的解决方案;应用表明,利用文章介绍的相关技术,可简化检定软件编程,节省检定系统开发时间,也为同类仪器的全自动检定系统设计提供了相关借鉴。Abstract: Agilent 34401A digital multi--meter is widely used in various high--precision measurement of electrical parameters, the peri- odic test and calibration of its technical indicators is necessary work. Manual test methods used in the past are proved to be time--consuming. In order to save test time and increase measurement efficiency, the author has designed a computer automatic test system for the 34401A DMM, which uses NI USB--GPIB controller to control 5720A muhifunction calibrator to output various types of test signal source to test 34401A DMM, with LABVIEW2009 software development environment, the high--degree package VISA library programming is used to control instruments to response various test commands on GPIB bus. This article describes in detail the workflow of the test system, the hardware structure and software design techniques, and several types of key technology solution to the problems appeared in the process of the software and hardware debugging is emphasized. Application shows that with the use of related technologies introduced in this article, test software programming is simplified, and the test system development time is saved. It provides the relevant reference for the automatic test system design of similar instruments.
