摘 要:电力系统的电容器温度过高将会造成严重的电力安全事故,给国家造成巨大的经济损失;为实时检测电力系统电容器的温度,有效降低电力系统事故风险,文章设计了一种基于无线信号传输的电容器温度在线检测系统,给出了整个系统的总体结构,详细设计了系统的温度采集分系统和温度收集分系统的硬件电路,重点介绍了系统的上位机软件、下位机软件、无线通信协议的结构流程;同时,为提高温度数据的采集精度和无线传输的准确性,提出了一种温度数字滤波算法和通信纠错算法;最后,对系统进行了集成实现;通过系统投入实际运行表明,该系统运行稳定,能够实现对电力系统电容器温度的实时检测,对超高温度能够实时报警,有效降低了电力系统的事故风险,提高了电力系统的安全性能,具有较好的经济价值。Abstract: The high capacitor temperature will engender fearful security accident, and will bring tremendous economic loss. In order to timely detect the temperature of capacitor, and effectively reduce the risk of accident, a capacitor temperature on-line detection system based on wireless signal transmission is designed. The total framework is put forward, the hardware circuits of temperature acquisition and collec- tion system are detailedly designed, and the structure flows of upper computer's software, nether computer's software and wireless communi- cation protocol are introduced. At the same time, in order to improve the acquisition precision of temperature data and the accuracy of wire- less transmission, a temperature digital filter algorithm and a communication error checking algorithm are provided. Finally, the system is in- tegrated and realized. The real operation of the system demonstrates that the system runs stably, and can realize the real time detection of the capacitor temperature, and can real time alarm the high temperature. The system effectively reduces the risk of accident in the power system, and boosts the security ability of power system, and brings the preferable economic value to the power system.
