摘 要:应用健康管理方法可大大提高设备的安全和可靠性,针对飞机的执行机构,文章提出一种基于数据驱动的健康管理方法;首先根据电液伺服执行器的特点建立故障参数模型,然后应用动态k均值聚类算法进行故障特征提取,根据故障特征状况,应用模糊聚类方法进行健康状况评估,根据健康状况的发展划定健康等级,最后根据健康评估结果应用卡尔曼估计方法进行健康预测;仿真结果表明了算法的有效性。Abstract: In order to improve the equipment safety and reliability, a health management method based on a data--driven is proposed in the electro--mechanical actuators system. Firstly, an actuators fault parameters model is created according to the characteristics of the elec- tro-mechanical actuators. Then, the fault feature extraction and health situation assessment are analyzed by applying K--means and fuzzy clustering algorithm. Health prognostic is processed by applying the kalman filtering method, which based on the development of health situ- ation to divide the health degree and health assessment results. The simulation results demonstrate the proposed algorithm is effective for the system.
