摘  要:设计一种基于频率合成技术并由AT89S52单片机和AD9834芯片控制频率幅值可调的信号源与示波器集成系统;同时,采用冒泡法进行示波器的测幅测频,利用描点法在点阵图形LCD上显示采集到的波形;经过实验和系统实测表明,该信号源系统所产生的信号波形,其幅值相对误差能控制在0.8%以内,低频相对误差能控制在0.1%以内,高频相对误差控制在1%以内;该系统集信号源与示波器于一体,体积小,使用简单方便且性价比较高,能满足各领域基本需求,值得推广。Abstract: Designs a waveform signal source and oscilloscope integrated system based on DDS, which using AT89S52 and AD9834 chip to adjust the amplitude and frequency of the signal. Meanwhile, the bubbling method is used to measure the amplitude and frequency, and the tracing method is used to display the collected waveform on LCD. The experiments and system tests show that the relative error Of am- plitude, low frequency and high frequency in signal wave that generated by the system can be respectively controlled less than 0. 8 ~, 0. 1 and 1 ~. The system is small, convenient to use and with high cost performance by integrated the signal source and oscilloscope, further- more, it meets basic needs in all areas and is worthy to promotion.
