摘　　要：对2008-2010年我国内地与港澳台地区数字图书馆知识产权及相关法律问题研究总体情况、来源期刊分布情况、主题分布进行了总结与比较分析,以反映该研究在近三年的发展态势,并为我国数字图书馆的发展及相关立法提供有益参考。This paper made comparative analysis in intellectual property and related legal issues in the digital library so as to summarize the research trend in the last 3 years in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China and provide some useful reference to the development of the digital library and related leg- islation in China.
