摘　　要：以北京大学图书馆2010年读者需求调查为例,通过问卷的部分统计结果探讨了高校不同读者群体间对于图书馆资源与服务方面需求的一些细微差别,以及了解这些差别对图书馆相关发展的意义。Taking the 2010 user survey of Peking University Library as an example, this article makes analyses on survey results to investigate the differences of needs for library resources and services among different university library user groups, and then discusses the importance for library to understand these differences of user needs.
