摘 要:鉴于CFB锅炉非线性、大滞后和强耦合燃烧特点,引入"前馈加偏差校正"、"正踢和反踢"及解耦等控制策略;解决输入变量(如给煤量、风量)到负荷、汽压响应的大迟延惯性问题,解决多变量耦合(如给煤量、一次风量、二次风量、床温、床压等)对主汽压力、负荷、汽温、床温等的强耦合关系问题,解决给煤量、风量对床温影响的非线性关系问题,解决汽机调节快与锅炉响应慢的快机慢炉特性问题;以实现大型CFB锅炉机组协调控制。Based on the burning characteristics of the nonlinear and the retardation and the strong coupling of CFB boilers, we introduce the control strategy of "Feedforward and Correction of deviation" , "Accelerator and Brake" and decouple control and so on, It solves the delay or inertia question of the input variable (e.g. the amount of coal and wind) to load or steam respond, and solves the strong coupling question of many variables in the coupling (e.g. the amount of coal, primary air flow, second wind flow, the bed temperature, the bed pressure) versus the steam pressure, the load, the steam temperature warm the bed temperature and so on. It also solves the nonlinearly related problems for the amount of coal and air volume impact to warm bed, and solves the characteristic problem of the turbines adjusting fast and the CFB boilers slow adjusting.
