摘　　要：目的:建立全静脉营养(TPN)处方决策支持系统,方便临床医务人员合理开具及审核TPN处方。方法:自主设计和开发基于B/S结构的TPN处方决策支持系统,并应用该系统对医院TPN处方进行审核。结果:该系统包括患者标准能量管理模块、全营养混合液(TNA)药品当量管理模块、处方合理性评价模块等功能模块。通过该系统对TPN处方的综合评价,确实发现了我院TPN处方存在的缺陷及不足。结论:该系统的应用方便了临床医务工作者开具及审核TPN处方,提高了工作效率,同时也提高了TPN处方的合格率,确保了患者用药安全及临床治疗质量。OBJECTIVE： To established total parenteral nutrition （TPN） prescription decision system and to improve the ratio-nality and audition of TPN prescriptions by medical staff. METHODS： TPN prescription decision system was independently devel-oped according to B/S structural design and used for evaluating the TPN prescriptions in our hospital. RESULTS： The system in-eluded standard energy management module, TNA equivalent weight management module, prescription evaluation module, etc. By using this system, we found the defects and deficiencies of TPN prescription. CONCLUSION： It improves the rationality and audi-tion of TPN prescriptions and working efficiency by using TPN prescription decision system, the rationality of TPN prescription has been improve to guarantee the medication safety of patients and quality of clinical treatment.
