摘  要:目的:研究司坦唑醇与吡拉西坦联用对D-半乳糖致大鼠股骨损伤的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和联用组,每组10只,后2组皮下注射D-半乳糖(100mg·kg-1·d-1)建立骨质疏松症模型,建模后联用组灌胃给予司坦唑醇0.54mg·kg-1·d-1、吡拉西坦432mg·kg-1·d-1,连续给药14周。检测各组大鼠左侧股骨长和宽,干湿重/体重比和骨羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、骨钙、骨磷含量;右侧股骨最大载荷、弹性载荷、断裂载荷、刚性系数和弯曲能量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠股骨干湿重/体重比和骨钙、弹性载荷均明显降低(P<0.05),其余指标均无明显变化(P>0.05);与模型组比较,联用组股骨干重/体重比、弹性载荷均明显增加(P<0.05),其余指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:司坦唑醇与吡拉西坦联用能有效预防D-半乳糖致大鼠股骨重量降低,增强骨强度。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of stanozolol combined with piracetam on the rats femur injure induced by D-ga-lactose. METHODS: Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and combination group with 10 rats in each group. The latter 2 groups were given D-galactose (100 mg·kg^-1·d^-1) hypodermically to establish osteoporosis model. After modeling, combination group rats were given stanozolol 0.54 mg·kg^-1·d^-1, piracetam 432mg·kg^-1·d^-1 intragastrically for 14 weeks. The width and length of left femur, ratio of dry weight or wet weight to body weight, the contents of hydroxyproline (Hyp), bone calcium and bone phosphorus were all determined; the maximum load, elastic load, crippling load, coefficient of ri- gidity and bending energy of right femur were tested. RESULTS: Compared with normal control group, ratio of dry weight or wet weight to body weight, bone calcium and elastic load of femur in model group were decreased significantly (P〈0.05), and there was no significant change in other index (P〉0.05) ; compared with model group, dry weight or wet weight to body weight and elastic load of femur in combination group were increased significantly (P〈0.05), and there was no significant change in other in-dex (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: Stanozolol combined with piracetam can prevent the decrease of bone weight loss induced by D-galactose and strengthen bone strength.
