对20所大中型医院药房管理模式的调查分析研究

摘　　要：目的:了解国内部分大、中型综合医院的药房管理模式,为现代医院的规划以及管理决策提供参考。方法:于2011年6-12月选择性地对国内20家大、中型医院进行考察和调研,对象涉及医、护、药学人员和患者、管理人员等约1250人次,调查形式包括问卷、座谈和现场调研,其中问卷形式的调查共发放调查问卷2800份,收回有效问卷2768份(98.9%),调查内容涉及药房管理模式、药房软硬件设施及患者、工作人员满意度等,结合信息进行分析。结果与结论:现行管理模式大致可分为中西药房合并管理的"综合药房管理模式"(4家)及相应的"非综合药房管理模式"(16家),但采取前种模式下的医院相对来说软硬件设施更好,患者和工作人员的满意度更高,适合在大、中型综合医院推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To comprehend the pharmacy management mode in part of large and medium-sized general hospi-tals in China, and to provide reference for the planning and management of modem hospitals. METHODS： During Jun.-Dec. 2011, investigation and survey was conducted among 1 250 persons, containing physicians, nurses, pharmaceutical staff, patients and management staff, in 20 domestic large and medium-sized hospitals. The methods of investigation included questionnaires, dis-cussion, and on-site survey, among which 2 800 questionnaires were sent out, and valid 2 768 questionnaires were returned （98.9%）. The survey covered pharmacy management mode, software and hardware of pharmacy, satisfaction degree of patients and staff, which were analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Present management modes of hospital pharmacy include ＂compre- hensive pharmacy management mode＂ （n：4） of joint administration for TCM pharmacy and pharmacy for western medicine and ＂non-comprehensive pharmacy management mode＂ （n= 16）. The former mode supplies better software and hardware of pharmacy and receives higher satisfaction degree of patients and staff, which is suitable for large and medium-sized general hospitals.
