地奥司明乳膏的制备及其含量测定

摘　　要：目的:制备地奥司明乳膏并建立其含量测定方法。方法:以地奥司明为主药、月桂氮酮等为基质,采用乳化剂后加法制备乳膏,用高效液相色谱法测定地奥司明乳膏中地奥司明的含量。结果:所制得制剂为水包油型乳膏,地奥司明检测浓度线性范围为0.102～0.459mg·mL-(1r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.56%(n=9,RSD=0.352%)。结论:本制剂制备方法简单、可行,含量测定方法准确、简便、快速。OBJECTIVE： To prepare Diosmin cream and to establish the method for the content determination of it. METH- ODS： Diosmin cream was prepared by emulsifier post-addition method using diosmin as main component and laurocapram as ma-trix. The content of diosmin in Diosmin cream was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： Prepared cream was O/W cream. The linear range of diosmin was 0.102-0.459 mg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 99.56% （RSD=0.352%, n=9）. CON- CLUSION： The method is simple and feasible, and the method for the content determination is accurate, simple and fast.
