分光光度法测定牙周塞治剂中氧化锌及鞣酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立牙周塞治剂中氧化锌、鞣酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法。分别在620、275nm波长下测定制剂中氧化锌、鞣酸的含量。结果:氧化锌和鞣酸检测浓度的线性范围分别为0.44～2.22(r=0.9996)、2.75～13.75(r=0.9999)μg·mL-1;其平均回收率分别为99.05%(RSD=1.25%)、99.22%(RSD=1.84%)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于牙周塞治剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for the content determination of zinc oxide and tannic acid in periodontal pack. METHODS： Spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination of the contents of zinc oxide and tannic acid in sample at 620 am and 275 nm, respectively. RESULTS： The linear ranges of zinc oxide and tannic acid were 0.44-2.22 μg·mL^-1 （r=0.999 6） and 2.75-13.75 μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 9）, respectively; and their average recovery rates were 99.05% （RSD=l.25%） and 99.22% （RSD=1.84% ）, respectively. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of peri-odontal pack.
