摘　　要：振动时效测控装置是一个复杂的整体,它是一种采用振动时效方法降低、消除、均化金属构件的残余应力的测控装置。论文主要是针对此装置的软件研究,使用的是软件开发工具Keil C51编译器,程序用高级语言C编写,使软件部分具有数据采集、数据分析、扫频曲线绘制以及时效时间、频率控制等功能。VSR control device is a complex whole, it is a measurement and control device which using a method of vibration aging can reduce,efiminate、 all of the residual stress of the metal components. This paper directs mainly the software resetrch of the device, it uses Keil C51 compiler that is a software development tool, procedures is written by using C language, the softwtre has the functions of data acquisition,data analysis ,sweep frequency curve and aging time, frequency control and other functions.
