心率与血压及高血压危险因素的关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨心率与血压及高血压危险因素的关系,以及性别与年龄对这种相关性的影响.方法 测定4 501 例在本院行健康体检的人群的心率、血压、血糖、血脂,按年龄及性别分组后行心率与血压及高血压危险因素的相关性分析.结果 ≥65 岁组和＜65岁组的血压均随心率的增快而增高.偏相关分析显示＜65 岁组的心率与性别、血压及血糖呈显著正相关,与年龄呈显著负相关.≥65岁组的心率仅与收缩压、舒张压呈显著正相关.经多因素回归分析显示＜65岁组中性别、年龄、收缩压、舒张压及血糖与心率的关联差异均有显著统计学意义（均P＜0.01）.≥65岁组分析仅发现收缩压及舒张压与心率的关联差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 老年人的血压随心率的增快而升高,提示老年高血压患者同样存在交感活性的增加,对此类老年高血压患者使用RAS 抑制剂与β受体阻剂同样是合理的.Objective To explore the relationship between heart rate and the risk factors of hypertension, and to study the influence of gender and age on them. Methods A total of 4 501 subjects who took health examination in our hospital population were enrolled. Of them, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids were measured and classified by age and sex. The association between heart rate and risk factors of blood pressure was examined. Results In both groups （elderly group：≥65 year old; non-elderly group：〈65 years old ） blood pressure increased with the heart rate. The partial correlation analysis showed that the heart rate of non-elderly group has a significant positive correlation with gender, blood pressure and blood glucose, but a significant negative correlation with age. While in Elderly group, the heart rate only was associated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Multivariate regression analysis showed that in non-elderly group the heart rate had a meaningful association with gender, age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and blood sugar （P〈0.01）, only systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the older group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In elderly group blood pressure also increased along with heart rate, which suggests that sympathetic activity strengthen also exist in elderly hypertensive patients and RAS inhibitors and B-receptor blocking agent is also reasonable for them.
