摘　　要：BIM的广泛应用必将使建筑设计由二维向三维变革。在龙岩金融商务中心B3号楼的设计中,利用RE-VIT软件进行建模,成功地将REVIT模型导入计算软件SATWE以及SAP2000;利用INVENTOR软件建立钢结构节点三维模型,并在此基础上对节点形式进行了修改;从REVIT模型中导出杆件单线图便于节点建模,并使用有限元软件ANSYS进行节点分析;最后利用REVIT和INVENTOR软件绘制结构施工图。The wide application of BIM will transform building design from 2D to 313. In the design of financial business center of Longyan No. B3 building, REVIT software was applied to built models, and successful realized transformation of the models from REVIT into SATWE and SAP 2000. By INVENTOR software the 3D model of the joints of steel structure is built, and the joint forms were modified better. Single line models were derived from REVIT models, and finite element software ANSYS was used to study them. Finally, REVIT and INVENTOR were used to draw the Structure construction drawing.
