摘 要:随着经济发展,仓储物流行业发展迅猛,货架也越来越大型化,且形式多样。但货架结构安全在我国一直未得到重视,频有事故发生,尤其是通廊式货架。由于货架排布密集,空间利用率高,稳定性较弱,一旦忽略构造措施,极易发生失稳破坏。通过对某典型通廊式货架结构的倒塌原因进行分析,详细说明其破坏机制以及构造措施对钢结构稳定性的重要作用。With the development of economy, warehousing and logistics are becoming more and more important and developed rapidly, the pallet rack is becoming larger and more varied. But the structure safety of pallet rack is undervalued, and the accidents happened again and again, especially on the drive-in pallet rack. This type of pallet rack can be arrayed closely and the space utilization ratio is very high, but the stability of the structure is week, once the detail of design is ignored, it is very possible that the rack is damaged because of the stability failure. According to a case study for collapse of a steel pallet rack, illustrate the collapse reasons and the importance of the design details for the stability of the steel structures.
