热敏灸治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察热敏灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法将108例颈性眩晕患者随机分为热敏灸组37例、电针组37例和药物组34例。热敏灸组取双侧天柱、C6夹脊穴进行热敏灸治疗,电针组取百会及双侧天柱、C6夹脊穴进行治疗,药物组采用口服中成药治疗。观察三组治疗后临床疗效及治疗前后椎基底动脉血液流动变化情况。结果热敏灸组总有效率为91.9%,电针组为62.2%,药物组为61.8%,热敏灸组与电针组和药物组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。热敏灸组治疗后椎动脉和基底动脉的平均血流速度和血管搏动指数与电针组和药物组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论热敏灸是一种治疗颈性眩晕的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating cervical vertigo and to preliminarily explore its action mechanism.Method A total of 108 patients with cervical vertigo were randomized into a heat-sensitive moxibustion group（n=37）,an electroacupuncture group（n=37）,and a medication group（n=34）.In the heat-sensitive moxibustion group,bilateral Tianzhu（BL 10） and Jiaji（Ex-B 2）（C6） were selected to receive heat-sensitive moxibustion;in the electroacupuncture group,Baihui（GV 20）,bilateral Tianzhu（BL 10） and Jiaji（Ex-B 2）（C6） were selected to receive treatment;the medication group was intervened by orally-taken Chinese patent medication.The clinical efficacy and the changes of blood flow velocities of vertebro-basilar arteries were observed before and after treatment in the three groups.Result The total effective rate was 91.9% in the heat-sensitive moxibustion group,versus 62.2% in the electroacupuncture group and 61.8% in the medication group,and the result in the heat-sensitive mosibustion group was significantly different from that in the electroacupuncture group and medication group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the heat-sensitive moxibustion group was markedly different from the electroacupuncture and medication groups in comparing the mean blood flow velocities of vertebro-basilar arteries and pulsatility index（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion is an effective way in treating cervical vertigo.
