摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗急迫性尿失禁的疗效。方法将199例急迫性尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组131例和对照组68例。治疗组采用针刺治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组治疗前后主症状改善情况、ICI-Q-SF症状积分、生活质量评分。结果两组治疗后急迫性尿失禁和尿急的症状、ICI-Q-SF症状积分和生活质量评分均较同组治疗前有明显改善(均P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针刺是一种治疗急迫性尿失禁的有效方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture in treating urge incontinence.Method A total of 199 patients with urge incontinence were randomized into a treatment group of 131 cases and a control group of 68 cases.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture,and the control group was by medication.The improvements of the main symptoms,the International Continence Inquiring Committee＇s Questionnaire（ICI-Q-SF） scores,and life quality score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in urge incontinence and urgency of urination,ICI-Q-SF scores and life quality score（P〈0.05）,and the results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective approach in treating urge incontinence.
