针刺对肥胖型大鼠的减肥作用

摘　　要：目的观察针刺对肥胖大鼠的减肥效果及其对体内脂肪的影响。方法选用刚断乳健康SD雄性大鼠,采用自制高脂饲料制备肥胖大鼠模型,并随机分为模型组和针刺组,每组10只,另设10只正常大鼠为正常组。选梁门、天枢、大横、内庭穴对针刺组大鼠进行治疗,连续2星期,然后观察各组大鼠的体重、肾周围脂肪、附睾周围脂肪、肝脏及肾脏的重量。结果造模后模型组大鼠的体重较正常组明显增加(P<0.05);治疗后,针刺组大鼠体重较模型组明显下降(P<0.01),针刺组大鼠肾周围脂肪、附睾周围脂肪、肝脏重量也较模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论针刺可以使肥胖大鼠的体重显著减轻,并使肥胖大鼠肾周围脂肪、附睾周脂肪明显减少,肝脏重量明显下降。Objective To evaluate the weight-reducing effect of acupuncture and its influence on body fat in obesity rats.Methods Healthy SD male rats that have been just weaned were used.A rat model of obesity was made with self-made high fat food.The obesity rats were randomly allocated to model and acupuncture groups,10 rats each.Ten normal rats constituted a normal group.The acupuncture group of rats was treated with points Liangmen,Tianshu,Daheng and Neiting for two consecutive weeks.Body weight,perirenal and periepididymal fat,and hepatic and renal weights were then measured in every group of rats.Results After model making,body weight increased significantly in the model group of rats compared with the normal group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,body weight decreased significantly in the acupuncture group of rats compared with the model group（P〈0.01）.Perirenal and periepididymal fat and hepatic weight also decreased significantly in the acupuncture group of rats compared with the model group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture can significantly reduce body weight,perirenal and periepididymal fat,and hepatic weight in obesity rats.
