耳部结节性筋膜炎1例

摘　　要：患者,男,29岁,发现左耳后肿物1年余,加重2个月,于2011年2月就诊我院。患者1年前无明显诱因发现左耳后有一花生米大小肿块,2个月前自觉耳后肿物迅速增大。既往体健,有吸烟、饮酒史10年,无家族遗传病、传染病等疾病史。Summary A young male patient presented with a rapidly growing mass on the left ear. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings were consislent with nodular fasciitis. The disease is rare in the ear. without obvi- ous clinical features. The diagnosis mainly relies on the postoperative pathological findings.
