山东省医学院校学生烟草流行现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解山东省医学院校学生的吸烟现状,探讨医学生吸烟行为的影响因素,为下一步开展控烟干预活动提供依据。方法从山东省9所医学院校中随机抽取两所,在每所学校中分别采用分层整群随机抽样,以专业和年级为分层特征,运用横断面调查方法,由被调查者自行填写无记名问卷。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据录入和分析。根据资料类型及分布特征选择相应指标如率、构成比进行统计描述,并应用χ2检验和logistic回归进行统计学分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果调查对象的总尝试吸烟率为27.04%,总现吸烟率为5.05%,其中男生的现吸烟率为10.97%,女生的现吸烟率为0.20%。54.80%的学生对吸烟或被动吸烟健康危害知识能够完全正确掌握,51.08%的调查对象对三大政策全部赞成。多因素非条件logistic回归结果显示,对学生吸烟现状有影响的因素有性别、母亲文化程度、学习成绩、每月生活费、老师吸烟情况。结论医学院校学生吸烟率相对一般人群低,对烟草控制的知识态度已有一定的基础,但仍相对薄弱,应尽快制定相应措施来改善医学院校学生的吸烟现状并提高其控烟能力。Objective To study the smoking status and relevant cause factors among medical college students in Shandong province and provide information for smoking control. Methods Use of stratified cluster random sampling, obtaining samples from 2 of 9 medical universities in Shandong province, and use of stratified cluster random sampling with major and grade as stratification factors. Using cross-sectional survey methods, the par- ticipants fill the anonymous questionnaires. Use of proportions, rates and other indicators for descriptive analysis, and 2 test and logistic regression for statistical analysis. Results A total of 27% of students has attempted to smoke. The total current smoking rate was 5.1%, the current smoking rate of male students was 11.0%. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression showed that smoking status of students influenced by the following factors： gender, mother＇s educational level, academic performance, the monthly cost of living and the teacher smoking status. Conclusions The smoking rate of medical students is lower than the general population. Medical students have some basic but not sufficient knowledge about smoking control, the medical university may need to develop new policies and regulations to better prevent medical students from smoking.
