摘　　要：本文结合目前军队面临的形势任务,对军队医院建设转型升级的实践体会进行战略思考。提出全面推进军队医院保障职能、发展模式、发展动力、管理方式、服务理念的转变,实现军队医院在保障能力、建设品质、内涵质量、运行效益和服务水平的全面升级。This paper combining the situation facing the military task, to the army of the transformation and upgrade of hospital construction practical experience for strategic thinking. To put forward ideas launched, pilot promotion, classification guidance, practical, comprehensively promote army hospital security functions, the devel- opment model, developing power, management mode, service concept of change, realize the transformation and up- grading of military hospital, scientific development.
