摘　　要：本文分析新形势下军队医院发展存在的问题,提出优化整合资源、推进重点学科建设,军民协同搭建医疗信息化平台,依托社会资源和军队医院品牌效应强化门诊建设,加强打造积极向上、和谐健康的医院文化,创造拴心留人环境等对策。In this paper the problems of military hospital development were discussed under the new situa- tion, and then the solutions were proposed as following： to optimize and integrate the resources, and promote the construction of key disciplines; to build a collaborative health care information technology platform of the military and civilian integrated; to strengthen the outpatient service abilities relying on social resources and the military hos- pital brand, to construct a positive, harmonious and healthy hospital culture, and to create a comfortable environ- ment to retain the medical staff and so on.
