摘　　要：本文论述医院采取方向引导、严格管理、规范行为、全程管控、合法规避风险等手段,逐步探索和完善规范化管理办法,使合作项目更好地为广大军地患者服务的做法与经验。The article introduced the main measures of perfecting standardized management of cooperative project in military hospital, such as direction guiding, strict management, normal behavior, whole course control and legal risk avoid. All the efforts provided good experiences for service the local and military patients.
