摘　　要：心理咨询不仅为医院管理者与职工之间的沟通对话搭建一个平台,更能在构建和谐的医患关系中发挥其独特的作用,帮助患者走出患病的精神阴影,促进身心早日康复。医院开展心理咨询将会提高医疗服务质量,增强市场竞争力。Psychology consulting can not only build a communication platform between hospital managers and workers, but also play a unique role in building harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Psychol- ogy consulting helps patients out of the shadows of the illness and promotes their physical and mental rehabilitation as soon as possible. Carrying out psychological consulting will improve the quality of health care services and the market integrated competitiveness.
