摘  要:目的:针对临床主治医师层面,对建立主治医师的考核体系进行探讨,进而确立一套完整的主治医师绩效考核指标体系。方法:采用Delphi法,对一级及二级考核指标进行修改,并确定指标权重。结果:经两轮专家咨询,确定了工作质量、数量、效率、满意度及投诉、理论知识考核、基本技能考核、个人成长、完成指令性任务、法律法规等10项一级指标、19项二级指标、4项加分指标和5项减分指标,确定了各级指标的权重。结论:建立个性化的主治医师绩效考核体系势在必行,是提高医院临床工作质量、提升效率的有效手段,为分配制度改革和人事制度改革奠定坚实基础。Objective: To establish a rounded attending physicians performance assessment indictor system. Methods: By Dephi method, the first and second grade indictors were revised and the weight was identified respectively. Results: After 2 rounds expert consultant, 10 first grade indexes namely as working quality, quantity, efficiency and satisfaction and complaints, theory knowledge inspection, basic skills assessment, personal growth, ability of finishing mandatory plan, knowledge about laws and regulation, 19 second grade indictors, 4 bonus indexes and 5 deduction indexes and their weight has been established. Conclusions: It is necessary establishing attending physician performance assessment indictor system. It is an effective way on improving the hospital clinical work quality and enhancing the efficiency and the solid foundation for the reform of the income distribution system and personnel system.
