摘　　要：台州医院为改进医疗安全和质量,开发了不良事件报告系统。该系统将报告表分类并明确上报范围及使用对象,同时由专家选出不良事件上报要素并采用友好界面方便用户填写。系统使用后提高了不良事件上报的效率,方便了质量控制人员监控不良事件的发生,避免了同类事件的再发生。In order to improve medical safety and quality, Taizhou Hospital developed adverse event report system. Report form classification, report scope and objects were identified in the system and adverse event factors were collected by expert and friendly interface was designed. The efficiency of adverse events report was improved after using the system. It helps inspecting adverse events and preventing the same events recurrent.
