摘　　要：目的:探讨压力管理对三级综合医院医务人员社会支持及应对方式的影响,以期为提升医务人员应对技能,有效利用社会支持提供依据。方法:应用社会支持评定量表和简易应对方式问卷对1178例医务人员进行测评、分析。结果:干预前后比较,主观支持及社会支持总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在积极应对方式上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:压力管理能促使医务人员采取积极的应对策略和有效利用社会支持。Objectives： To explore the impact of stress-management for medical staff in social support and coping style in general tertiary hospital to give evidence on improving medical staff＇s coping skills and effective utilizing social support. Methods： 1178 medical staffs were selected to have social support revalued se, ale and simple coping ways questionnaire. Results： Subjeetive support, total social support and positive eoping style were significantly different before and after intervention （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： Stress-management can help medical staff taking an active coping style and effectively using social support.
