摘　　要：医疗纠纷第三方调解日益受到国外的重视,已经成为一种发展趋势。笔者分析了美国医疗纠纷解决委员会、澳大利亚新南威尔士州健康投诉管理委员会、德国仲裁委员会和专家委员会、法国医疗事故调解与赔偿委员会的主要做法和经验,为我国医疗纠纷第三方调解提供借鉴。The third-party mediation has become a trend for dealing with medical dispute.With the purpose of providing experience for the third-party mediation in China,This paper analyzes the practice of The Commission on Health Care Dispute Resolution in the United States,the Health Care Complaints Commission in New South Wales of Australia,the malpractice claims resolution panels in Germany and the Commissions Régionales de Conciliation et d’Indemnisation des Accidents Médicaux in France.
