摘　　要：我国医疗纠纷第三方调解方兴未艾,但其中尚存有不足,对于完善其机制,提出重视卫生立法工作;发挥政府在医疗纠纷第三方调解中的支持和领导作用;建立医疗纠纷第三方调解与其他解决方式之间的衔接机制;建立医疗纠纷第三方调解的稳定筹资渠道;积极稳妥地推动医疗责任保险制度;建立专职、专业、稳定的调解人才队伍;加大对医疗纠纷第三方调解的宣传力度等建议。The third-party mediation in medical dispute is springing up,in order to improve the mechanism for third-party mediation in medical dispute,suggestions such as strengthening healthcare-related legislation,making sure the support and leadership of the government in the third-party mediation of medical dispute,establishing a linking-up mechanism between the third-party mediation and other mediations,establishing a stable institutional financing channel for third-party mediation bodies,vigorous and safe developing medical liability insurance system,setting up a full-time,professional,and stable mediation team and giving more publicity of third-party mediation bodies of medical dispute are discussed.
