上海市三级甲等医院网站建设现状研究

摘　　要：目的:了解上海市三级甲等医院网站的建设和使用情况,探索进一步完善医院网站的有效措施和方法。方法:采用互联网搜索引擎对上海市三级甲等医院网站的建设情况进行检索,进而对网站建设和使用情况进行理论与数据相结合分析。结果:上海市96.97%的三级甲等医院建设有对外公开的网站,但是各医院自身介绍性信息仍不完善;仅小部分医院网站实现了由单向宣传向双向互动的初步转换;78.13%的医院网站日更新率在1次以下。结论:医院网站要加强基本宣传职能,加强与访问者的互动性职能,并且要重视网站的管理工作。Objectives： To learn the construction and utility of the existing websites of A level tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and to explore effective measures and methods on improving hospital websites.Methods： Based on professional software,a theoretical and statistical analysis on the construction and utility of the existing websites of A level tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were carried out.Results： 96.97% of the A level tertiary hospitals in shanghai have official websites,however,the introductory module is still not perfect.Only few websites of these hospitals accomplish the transition from one-way propaganda to two-way interaction.78.13% of hospital websites daily updated rate is below 1.Conclusions： Hospital websites should strengthen basic publicity and service interactive functions.Moreover,the management of hospital website is also important.
