摘　　要：目的:对住院患者的健康状况进行全面评估,探讨整体医疗管理模式中患者评估对疾病诊疗的指导意义。方法:采用专业评估系统及自定的疾病认知评估系统,对7个临床科室的863例住院患者,在躯体疾病、心理、社会支持、营养状况及疾病认知等方面进行综合全面评估。结果在躯体疾病构成方面,所选科室的患者病种复杂,合并症多。心理状况评估得分与社会支持评估得分呈显著负相关,各科患者营养状况评估结果差异较大,约有1/4患者对自身所患疾病认知严重不足。结论:住院患者在躯体疾病、心理、社会支持、营养状况和疾病认知等方面存在多种并发症,住院患者量化评估从制度上促进了医生对患者健康状况的全面了解,并对患者采取及时有效的干预,有利于医疗服务质量的提高。Objectives： To conduct a comprehensive assessment of the health status of inpatients and to discuss the guiding significance of comprehensive assessment of patients for disease diagnosis and treatment in holistic medicine management model.Method： Assessed 863 inpatients of seven clinical departments in physical disease,psychological,social support,nutritional status and cognize perceive of disease by professional assessment system and custom assessment system of cognitive ability of disease.Results： The physical diseases of selected patients are complex and complicated,the mental health and social support scores are significantly negatively correlated,the assessment of nutritional status of different departments are quite different,about a quarter of patients’ cognize ability of disease are seriously insufficient.Conclusions： There are a variety of complications of inpatients in physical disease,psychological,social support,nutritional status and cognize perceive of disease.The comprehensive assessment of inpatients promote doctors to fully understand the health status of patients,take timely and effective intervention,and it is helpful to the improvement of quality of medical service.
