三级医院查对制度执行效果评价指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：目的:建立科学、统一、可操作的查对制度执行效果评价指标体系。方法:在文献回顾、理论研究的基础上初步构建评价指标体系的基本框架,采用Delphi法对40名专家进行三轮咨询,最后运用AHP确定指标权重。结果:构建的指标体系包括3项一级指标、12项二级指标、64项三级指标;三轮咨询表的有效回收率分别为87.0%、77.5%和93.5%;权威系数分别为0.90、0.90、0.85;协调系数分别为0.27、0.25、0.37(P值均<0.05),具有统计学意义,表明专家咨询的协调程度好。结论:评价指标体系各级指标的专家意见较一致,研究结果可取。指标体系的构建填补了我国缺乏统一的查对质量考核评价标准的空白,为查对制度执行效果的评价提供了客观、可量化的标准,利于患者安全质量管理的持续改进。Objectives： To establish a scientific,integrated and operability evaluation index system on assessing check system implementation effect.Methods： Based on the results of literature review and the theory research to construct a framework of evaluation index system.Forty experts were consulted by three-round Delphi form and the weights of index were determined by AHP method.Results： The index system includes 3 first grade indicators,12 second grade indicators and 64 third grade indicators.The effective recovery rate of three rounds form was 87.0%,77.5% and 93.5% respectively.Authority coefficient was 0.90,0.90 and 0.85 respectively.Coordinate coefficient was 0.27,0.25 and 0.37（P〈0.05） respectively.It shows that the coordination of the expert advice was good.Conclusions： The evaluation index system is reliable,which can fill the gaps in China that lacks check quality evaluation standard,and provide an objective and quantifiable standards to promote safety and quality management of patients with continuous improvement.
